At Ganenu, play is how children make sense of the world. Our educators follow each child's curiosity, weaving Jewish values and little moments of wonder into a program that nurtures the whole child.
From the first steps in the centre, every child is nurtured and given room to flourish in their own way.
3 to 5 years old
Weekly art workshops where the kinder and pre-prep rooms learn the Alef Bet, one letter a week, through paint, clay, texture studies, design and experimentation.
6 MONTHS - 5 YEARS
Who doesn't love a warm, soft challah for Friday night Shabbat meal? Every Friday the children make their own challah (either traditional or their own design) to take home and bake for Shabbat!
1.5 - 5 YEAR OLDS
The children learn about plant nourishment and growth by growing and caring for the gardens. Each experience enables them to understand how plants grow and the properties of a healthy environment.

Cooking is an opportunity where the children can enjoy healthy foods as they cook and follow recipes. Classes are designed to engage children through involvement in a multi-sensory, entertaining and educational experience of healthy food.
6 MONTHS - 5 YEAR OLDS
A fortnightly, interactive music and movement session with Hebrew and English songs and rhythm with instruments, building coordination through music.
1.5 - 5 YEAR OLDS
In this active class they can use their abundant energy towards positive body movement and exercise.The program improves coordination, balance and flexibility in a fun way.
6 MONTHS - 5 YEARS
Each Friday, the children explore the Shabbat experience through song and role play. The children help our "Ima" and "Aba" prepare for Shabbat and enjoy a traditional "Shabbat meal."
1.5 - 5 YEAR OLDS
Yoga enables the children to unwind and relax. They learn about their brain and the flow of thoughts that enables them to move their body in sync.

We welcome children from six months through to school age, across five rooms grouped by developmental stage rather than birthday alone.
All meals are prepared fresh on site and are kosher. Children receive morning tea, a hot lunch, and afternoon tea, with menus rotated seasonally and allergies catered for.
We are open Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 6pm. On Fridays we close at 5pm in summer and 4:15pm in winter. We are open on public holidays and closed on Jewish holidays.
Every family starts with two orientation visits before their first full day. Your child is paired with a key educator who becomes their steady point of connection while they find their feet.
Yes. We are an approved provider, so eligible families can access the Child Care Subsidy. You can estimate your out of pocket cost with the government's Child Care Subsidy calculator at startingblocks.gov.au, and we are always happy to answer questions.
Educators share photos, meals, sleeps, and learning moments through our parent app, and there is always time for a proper conversation at pick up.
